This Privacy Policy describes how Pacifica Labs Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") collects,
uses, and shares information when you use TickMessage ("the Service").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account and Profile Information
- Name, email address, username, time zone, and authentication data.
- Sign-in IP address and basic security logs.
1.2 Connected Account Data (Google and Microsoft)
If you connect Google or Microsoft accounts, we access data you authorize, which may include:
- Contacts (names, email addresses, phone numbers, company, titles, custom fields).
- Calendars and events (titles, descriptions, dates, attendees, metadata).
- Email composition and sending data, including recipient addresses, subject lines, message bodies, and attachments when you choose to send an email through TickMessage.
- OAuth tokens and refresh tokens required to maintain the connection.
1.3 Messaging and CRM Content
- Messages you create or send (SMS/WhatsApp/email content and metadata).
- Contact notes, groups, tags, templates, and attachments.
1.4 Device and Usage Data
- Browser/device identifiers, app usage logs, and diagnostic information.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the Service (contact management, messaging, scheduling, automation).
- Sync data with connected Google/Microsoft accounts.
- Compose and send messages on your behalf only when you initiate that action in the product.
- Secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
TickMessage's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API
Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data
to serve ads, we do not sell Google user data, and we only use Google user data to provide or improve
user-facing features requested by the account holder.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We may share information with:
- Service providers (hosting, storage, email delivery, monitoring) under confidentiality obligations.
- Third-party integrations you connect (Google, Microsoft, WhatsApp).
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request
deletion at any time. Backups may persist for a limited period.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest where
appropriate, access controls, audit logging, and rate limiting.
7. Your Choices
- Revoke Google/Microsoft access at any time in your account settings or via the provider.
- Request export or deletion of your data by contacting us.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction).
9. International Transfers
If you access the Service from outside Australia, your data may be processed in Australia.
